When you experience ongoing pain, it's important to know if it is systemic pain-caused by metabolic, endocrine, hormonal, rheumatological, or blood disorders-or if you are experiencing referred pain, we must find the source of pain affecting another part of your body. So we must evaluate your clinical tests, as well as the ergonomics of your daily living. It will be important to know how you move and conduct your daily activities, even actions as minor as typing at your computer or as major as routinely lifting hundreds of pounds of materials.
